A centralised Reception area acts as the perfect base from where guests can explore the area, enjoy a coffee overlooking the neighbourhood or book a tour or adventure from the exciting list of activities available at the tourism kiosk.


De Waterkant Village features a reception, located at The Charles with friendly and professional staff who offer our guests the following services - meet on arrival, assist with check-in, booking tours, airport transfers and car hire. The reception is a Wi-Fi hotspot exclusively for our guests.

Monday - Saturday: 08h00 – 20h00
Sunday: 08h00 - 17h00

Late arrivals can be arranged at an additional charge after reception hours.

Uber Taxi Service

We now offer an Uber booking service for our guests. The service can be requested from reception.

Emergency 24 Hour Control Room

De Waterkant Village is part of the Village n Life Group who offers all guests access to the 24 hour Village n Life control room. The control room has direct access to the senior management of Village n Life, Embassy or Consulate offices, and other essential and emergency contacts.

Our dedicated housekeeping department offers guests a full service, which includes a linen and towel change after every fourth night’s occupation.

A daily refresh service is included.
